The price and duration provided are estimates. On the day of treatment, our experts will need full access to your home to reassess everything before starting the job. The team will reconfirm the following:

  • Number of units.
  • Unit type.
  • Exact treatment duration.
  • If the ducts or liners inside your AC need extra care, the team may recommend replacement or coating, which we can quote separately.
  • We will clean all accessible areas. Inaccessible areas may require extra access panels and additional costs. If access panels are needed, there will be an additional cost of 250 AED per panel, plus VAT and service fees.
  • An access panel involves cutting the ceiling to reach areas that are otherwise inaccessible for cleaning. Any paint needed around the grills and access panels will be provided in pure white color.

The team will coordinate with you on the day of treatment. If you're unavailable, please inform us of the authorized person to follow up with.

  • After the liner replacement, you may notice a slight increase in air noise due to the different materials installed in the duct. However, this new material offers greater health benefits compared to fiberglass. The polyolefin duct liner is anti-fungal and has a very low moisture absorption rate (2.03% - 2.7%), significantly reducing the risk of mold growth.

  • There will be a temporary smell following the replacement. For the next two days, it's recommended to keep your doors and windows open for an hour each day, while running the AC, to help ventilate and eliminate the odor.

  • Please ensure that no one is present in the work area during the duct liner replacement to avoid any potential health risks.
  • The team requires full access to the premises, and it is recommended that the area be vacated for 3 to 4 hours, as per municipal guidelines.
  • For those who are sensitive, including individuals with allergies, pregnant women, children, or pets, it is advisable to stay out for 6 hours due to their increased sensitivity.
  • Upon returning to the property, open the windows to ventilate the area for at least 15 minutes.
  • Kitchen items should be washed before use after the treatment.
  • Dry mopping and vacuuming (without wet mopping) of all floors are recommended for at least 24 hours to ensure the treatment is not disrupted.
  • Following treatment, there may be an initial increase in pest activity as the product takes up to two weeks to fully spread and affect all insects.
  • The service covers various types of insects, but it does not include bed bugs or termites, which require different treatments. Complete elimination of pests cannot be guaranteed, as they may migrate from other areas.

  • Please allow 6 to 8 hours for the treated items to dry and avoid use during this time. Ensure the AC is on for proper ventilation.

  • Ensure that the fabric to be coated is not leather, mesh, or pre-coated.

Failure to do so could result in watermarks or discoloration of the fabric.

  • Protection and Durability: Total protection and liquid repellency for any surface type is not 100% guaranteed and typically lasts up to 6 months, depending on daily use, washing, temperature, and the pressure of liquids spilled.

  • Curing Time: Allow 24 hours for the treated item to be fully protected and ready for use. During this period, avoid exposing the furniture to direct sunlight and ensure the AC is on.

  • Surface Handling: The treated surfaces should not be touched during the curing period.

  • Curing Period and Room Temperature:
  • Dry to touch: 6 hours at 23°C - 50% humidity
  • Fully cured: 24 hours at 23°C - 50% humidity

  • Handling Spilled Liquids: Due to the pressure, spilled liquid may sometimes leave marks on the surface as "nano-pores" are created during the application process for breathability. These marks can be easily removed using a white towel. Lightly tap the stain without applying too much pressure.

  • Hot Liquid Spills: In case of penetration from hot liquids, use a white towel to absorb the stain. Lightly tap the stain without applying too much pressure.

  • Outdoor Furniture: Outdoor sofas should be brought indoors a day before treatment to ensure the surface temperature is 30°C or less. All treated sofas should be kept indoors during the curing period.
  • The treatment uses a chemical-free, water-based product.
  • Areas designated for surface disinfection must be vacated during the treatment and can only be re-occupied 15 minutes after the disinfection is completed.
  • All fire and smoke detectors in relevant areas will be covered where needed.
  • High-touchpoint areas, such as door handles and lift buttons, will be manually wiped using microfiber cloths.
  • The team will clear all protective sheeting and remove plastic covers from smoke detectors after the treatment.
  • The quote/estimate is valid for 7 days from the issuance date.
  • The client (or authorized representative) must be present onsite for the final handover from our team; otherwise, the cleaning responsibilities will be considered completed with no further obligations to The Healthy Home.
  • Water and electricity should be connected to the premises.
  • At the time of treatment, the team will re-inspect for any changes compared to the initial inspection, and the price may vary accordingly.
