Customer Expectation

• The client must be present on-site or an authorized representative for the client must be present for the initial sign-off.
• Cancellation notices or date/time modifications are only possible 24 hours before the booking date after which an AED100 penalty charge applies.
• Water and Electricity should be connected to the premises.
• Before the treatment begins, our team will take photos and document any pre-existing imperfections in the walls and surrounding service areas. This ensures a clear record, confirming that these conditions were present prior to our service, and allows us to maintain the highest standards of care in your home.
  
  

• The team will re-inspect for any changes against the initial inspection report and the price might vary accordingly.
• No other contractors shall be present during the job duration.
  

• Once the treatment is completed, the team will need full payment before they leave the property on the day of the visit.
  

• Our Hygiene consultants will inspect the full AC units and components.
• You will be informed in case of any technical issue (Noise, cooling, damage, etc.) prior to starting the treatment.
• We would require full access to the property in order to complete the job as required. You can coordinate with our consultant on your preferred work priority.
• In case there is a requirement for ceiling access panels, please arrange the paint if it is not White, Off-white, or Ivory.
• Plan your day(s) ahead as some household items will not be available for use during the treatment.
  

• Furniture and flooring will be covered with plastic sheets during the job, however, it is recommended to remove any valuables.
• Being a detailed AC cleaning job, industrial vacuum noise will be there at the time of cleaning.
• It is recommended that children/pets stay away from the working area.
• AC units will be switched off during the cleaning time.
• Standard clean-up will be done by our team upon completion (some clients also prefer to have a detailed cleaning by an external company).
  

• Once the AC cleaning treatment is completed, all AC units will be tried and tested in your presence prior to your sign-off.
• In case of any remarks, please inform our office within 24 hours.
• All furniture will be returned to its original location in case they are moved.
• A detailed completion report will be sent to you within the next 5 working days.
• We recommend using Tea Tree oil natural disinfectant blocks or having an Air Purifier to maintain better indoor air quality. You may contact our customer happiness team for more details.
  

• Remove the existing bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases.
• Stains and marks will not be removed as the mattress cleaning treatment is completely dry and chemical-free.

• Replace with clean bedsheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases to avoid any cross-contamination (our team can gladly assist if needed).

• All cabinets should be emptied ahead of if cockroaches are spotted in the kitchen.
• Open curtains & close windows and external doors.
• Secure children’s toys, or remove them from areas to be treated ahead of the Pest control treatment.
• Cover the baby's bed.
• Cover or put all open food in the fridge.
• External manholes should be cleared and accessible in case of American cockroaches.
• Cover Fish tanks/bowls.
• Plan to leave the house for 3-4 hrs after the treatment.
  

• Full property access should be granted to our specialists for pest control treatment.
• Although all the products used are of the highest quality and approved by the authorities, it is recommended to stay outside the premises for 3-4 hrs.
• Allergic, Pregnant, Children, or Pets are recommended to stay out for 6 hrs.
• The pest control team inspects your property to identify the type of pests, their entry points, and the extent of the infestation. This will help them determine the best treatment plan for your specific situation.
• Based on the inspection, the team will develop a treatment plan that may involve the use of pesticides, baits, traps, or other control methods. The team will discuss the plan with you and answer any questions you may have before proceeding.
• The team will apply the treatment according to the plan they developed, focusing on the areas where pests are most likely to be found.
  

• Upon returning to the property after the Pest control treatment, open windows for 10 min to ventilate the area.
• Thoroughly wash kitchen utensils, and surfaces with soap.
• Vacuum the floor (where needed) and avoid wet mopping for 24 hours for better results.
• You may notice increased activity after the treatment, this is a normal sign.
• Insects don’t simply touch the product and die, they must get enough exposure based on their type & size which might take up to 2 weeks to have the desired effect.
• In case you still spot ants, cockroaches, or other insects after 2 weeks, please call us.
  

• Ensure that the fabric to be coated is not leather, mesh, or pre-coated.
• Any special care instructions provided by the fabric manufacturer must be officially communicated to us before booking the treatment, as certain fabric types may not be suitable for coating applications or even exposure to moisture. Failure to do so could result in watermarks or discoloration of the fabric.
  

• Our hygiene team will assess the fabric of the furnishing items and apply the nano-coating protection accordingly unless the customer provides specific fabric care instructions.
• The nano-coating offers spill resistance, is not completely waterproof, and significantly reduces the absorption of liquids on surfaces.

• A wait time of 24 hours is required for the nano-coating material to fully bond with the fabric. Avoid using the treated furniture during this period to ensure proper curing.
• In case of any spillage after the curing time, the customer should use a white cotton towel to gently dab the spilled liquid without applying force.
• Testing the efficiency of the nano-coating should be conducted by a certified professional.
  

• The client is to shut down the main incoming water valve 1 day before the treatment.
• Before the water tank cleaning process begins, the team will inspect the tank to determine the amount of sediment, debris, or bacterial growth present.
  
• A re-inspection will be done by our specialist for any leakage, water pressure, and more.
  
• Expect a full water interruption for a minimum of 2 hours (might increase based on tank size).

• Water will be interrupted during the cleaning process for a minimum of 2 hours
• The technician would drain the water tank completely before beginning the cleaning process to ensure that all contaminants are removed.
• The team then scrubs the inside of the tank thoroughly to remove any sediment or debris. We also use a specialized disinfectant to kill any bacteria or microorganisms that may be present.
• After scrubbing and disinfection, the team flushes and rinses the tank several times with clean water to ensure that all cleaning solutions and debris are removed.
• The water tank will be refilled and drained twice during the cleaning process.
• Once the tank is refilled, the team performs a final inspection to ensure that the tank is clean and that the water quality is safe for use.
• We recommend adding the pipeline disinfection treatment at least once a year. Please inform our consultant if you need more information on it.

Sofa Shampooing Treatment

• Ensure that the fabric is not velvet, suede, silk, leather, or feather-stuffed. Please provide a picture of the furniture for our team's reference and validation.
• Stain removal cannot be fully guaranteed with sofa shampooing as it depends on the age and type of stains and marks.

• The customer is expected to remove any furniture on top of the carpets to access the entire carpet for treatment.

• Carpets made of velvet, suede, and polyester cannot be treated.
• The customer is expected to remove any furniture on top of the carpets to access the entire carpet for treatment.

• Follow the recommendation shared by the pest control operators during the treatment to avoid future re-infestation of pests.
• People with Respiratory allergies, Asthma, pregnant women, and kids under 2 years of age should plan to be out of the house for at least 6 hours
  

• Wash the bed linen, pillowcases, and clothing above 60 degrees Celsius (or as per the tag).
• Upon returning to the property, open the windows for 10–15 minutes to ventilate the area.
• The bedbug eggs hatch after 10 to 15 days, so it is possible to spot some during this period, this is a normal sign. In case you still spot bed bugs after 2 weeks, please call us.
  

• The team may provide you with an additional quotation for the issues (like part replacement and more) noticed during the re-inspection prior to treatment. For all such additional quotations, a 70% pre-payment of the total quotation is required to be paid upfront to confirm the order.
• Before calling the emergency contractor or 3rd party vendor other than The Healthy Home, please check any manuals you've been supplied with by your landlord.
• Service visits shall be scheduled during regular working hours (8 am – 6 pm) and as per the applicable regulations of the community – any works identified as requiring longer than 2 hours shall be scheduled for the following work day or for the earliest available schedule.
  

• Spare parts and materials are not covered under the scope of work. Such parts or materials that are required to restore the functioning of equipment or system under the scope of work shall be used appropriately and will be quoted and charged separately.
• Using the latest eco-friendly products and technologies.
• The team offers specialized cleaning, sanitizing, and home maintenance solutions for both private and public spaces for better air and surface quality, free from bacteria and other pathogens.
  

• Excluding any special access requirements i.e. (Scaffolding, ceiling access panels).
• Repairs and /or replacement of electronic items
• An emergency repair means those repairs which are necessary to alleviate, remove or reduce risk to the Health, Safety, and Welfare of the occupant
• In the event of an emergency, please report immediately to The Healthy Home office

• The booking confirmation is subject to a 50% down-payment.
  

• The premise should have a connection to electricity and water.

• During the deep cleaning treatment, the company will not empty any cabinets, drawers, or closets.
• Depending on the stains/marks' age and condition, the company cannot always guarantee a complete removal (elevator glue mark, kitchen stainless steel, outdoor glass frame sticker mark, etc).
• Outdoor walls (if added to standard scope) will be cleaned using pressure water and brushing (no stain removal)
  

• The team does not provide a job guarantee if the construction is ongoing during or after cleaning.
• The team is glad to assist as per customer request in moving any furniture items. However, the team or the company will not be liable for any complaint or damages.
• The team will need full payment after the treatment is completed before they leave the property on the day of the visit.
• All kitchen appliances are excluded from the standard scope (can be booked as add-ons and charged separately).

• Interior Inspection: Look for visible mold growth, water stains, and signs of water damage on walls, ceilings, and floors, moisture assessment.

Identification of Testing Area:

• Specify the areas within the property where air quality testing is required (e.g., living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, offices).

Selection of Parameters:

• Decide on the specific pollutants and parameters to be tested, such as VOCs (Volatile Organic Compounds), PM2.5 and PM10 (particulate matter), CO2, CO, formaldehyde, mold, and allergens.

Certified Testing Agencies:

• Ensure that the testing is conducted by certified and accredited agencies or laboratories recognized by the local authorities.

Pre-Testing Conditions:

• Maintain normal living conditions in the property for at least 48 hours before testing to ensure accurate results.
• Avoid recent use of cleaning agents, paints, or other chemicals that might skew results.

Documentation and Consent:

• Provide necessary documentation, including the purpose of testing and any previous air quality reports.
• Obtain consent from all occupants or relevant stakeholders.

Parameter Selection:
