Pre-Payment Terms and Conditions

We are pleased to offer you our services and would like to provide you with our prepayment terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are designed to ensure that both parties are protected and that we can continue to provide you with high-quality services.


  • Prepayment Requirement:

Customers are required to make a prepayment of 20% of the total service cost before services can be rendered.


  • Inspection Prepayment Requirement: 

We require prepayment for relevant inspections before they are rendered. This means that you will need to pay in full before we schedule the appointment.


  • Payment Method:

Prepayments can be made using electronic payment platforms or any other approved method as specified by the service provider.


  • Prepayment Deadline:

The prepayment must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled service date to allow sufficient time for preparation.


  • Application of Prepayment:

The prepayment amount will be applied toward the total cost of the service. Any remaining balance will be due upon completion of the service, and payment can be made according to the service provider's regular payment terms.


  • Non-Transferability:

Prepayments are non-transferable and cannot be assigned or used by any other individual or entity other than the customer who made the payment.


  • Changes to Service:

Any changes requested by the customer after the prepayment has been made may be subject to review by the service provider. Adjustments to the prepayment amount may be required based on the nature and extent of the requested changes.


  • Terms and Conditions Acceptance:

By making the prepayment, the customer acknowledges and accepts these prepayment terms and conditions in their entirety.

Rescheduling and Cancellations

  • You can cancel or change your booking request by contacting us at least one working day in advance to avoid any cancellation charges. Failing to do so will be charged as per company’s policy. Notification must be in written format and be sent to info.ksa@thehealthyhome.me. The Healthy Home® reserves the right to levy cancellation fees to cover any relevant administrative expenses.


  • A cancellation fee will be charged if the amendments or cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled job start time.


  • The booking cannot be canceled or amended during or after the cleaning services provision.


  • The Healthy Home® Cleaning LLC has the right to cancel or reschedule a service in cases where unexpected circumstances have befallen the assigned team.


  • Reschedule/cancel(limited to one time per booking) requests for less than 48 - 24 hours can be accommodated without additional cost.


  • Less than 24 hours notice will incur a charge of SAR 100.

Payments

  • To enable online payments via credit/debit cards, we hold exclusive rights to check and authorize the use of the card before your purchase.


  • While making an online payment, you must retain a copy of the transaction record.


  • You agree that the payment details will be transferred to our payment service provider to process your payment when booking the service on the website.


  • You agree to the automatic invoicing and payment of the services booked on the website when applicable.


  • Once the payment has been made for the services rendered, it cannot be refunded. In case of any inconvenience or exceptional situation, contact us at 800 2440085 or email us at info.ksa@thehealthyhome.me.

Refunds/Claims/Complaints

  • All services shall be deemed to have been carried out to the Client’s satisfaction unless written notice is received by The Healthy Home® Cleaning LLC within 24 hours of work being completed.


  • Any service-related complaints will be fully investigated, and attempts will be made to resolve them to the Client’s satisfaction.


  • The liability of the Company is limited to the value of the services provided.


  • The Client is responsible for informing the Company of any special services requirement before the job start time.


  • Damages or issues arising from the team's negligence or service delivery can be covered by the Company up to a maximum value of 100% of the Job Price.


  • The Company has no liabilities for damages arising due to misinformation provided by the Client.


  • In case of any other claim regarding loss or damage to property by our staff or missing item(s), the company will not be responsible for any claims whatsoever. Clients are required to report any property damage within 24 hours of service completion. Additionally, any missing item(s) must be communicated to us before our staff departs or within 4 hours of service completion.


  • The client is requested to sign a service delivery receipt/invoice every time the service is completed. If any client doesn’t want to sign, he/she (client) will be obliged to bear the risks of not signing it.


  • If a customer perceives that the service delivered is unsatisfactory, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure to bring such cases to the attention of the Company by emailing info.ksa@thehealthyhome.me within 24 hours of such an incident.


  • Refunds where applicable will be made onto the original mode of payment and will be processed within 15 business days depending on the issuing back of the credit card.


The use of this website or booking request is subject to but not limited to the following conditions:


  • Use of this website includes all modes of access to browse or avail services. The access is governed by these Terms and Conditions of use.


  • The Healthy Home® holds all rights to edit, revise, amend, or change one or all Terms and Conditions of use without prior notice to the user. You are required to review this document before using this website every time you sign in or browse through the website.


  • By using our services, you acknowledge that you agree with our terms and conditions.


  • You must not cause or use this website via a medium that hosts or transmits computer viruses, malware, spyware, Trojans, keystroke loggers, or any other malicious software. The use of this website must not breach any clause of the Terms and Conditions and must not be utilized for any fraudulent, indecent, or unlawful activity.

  • When you make a booking through The Healthy Home®, we will help facilitate the services for your premium home services. Once the request for any of our home and personal wellness services is done, the fees you pay to our company are non-refundable (unless there is a company-caused violation).


  • The Healthy Home® has a minimum booking value policy set at SAR 500 and applies to the final booking value of single or multiple treatments.


  • The pricing scheme may be updated by the company on a going-forward basis. You are liable for any taxes (except taxes based on our income).


  • The Healthy Home® may change rates and fees from time to time by posting the changes on the The Healthy Home® website but with no advance notice mandatory for temporary promotions or any changes that result in the reduction of rates and fees.


  • The Healthy Home® checks the backgrounds of the team both directly and indirectly via third-party background check services. However, each user should exercise common sense and caution to protect their safety and property, just like you would when faced with any person whom you do not know.


  • The users agree to hold The Healthy Home® free from the liability for any damages and/or missing items during or after using our home services through The Healthy Home®.


  • The Healthy Home® will charge you for your finalized bookings through the payment method specified on the website (e.g. a credit card or cash). If you happen to pay any applicable charges with your credit card, we may seek pre-authorization of your credit card account before your purchase.


  • If you choose to pay the fee by your credit card, you, as the cardholder, must retain a copy of transaction records and our policies and rules.


  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of all the information in your account.


  • Customers using the website who are minors/under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.


  • The Healthy Home® is not responsible for any damage caused to your property during the process of getting into the house or getting out of the house. The Healthy Home® team is not obliged to cover any damage(s) caused during the cleaning session.


  • If any provision of this Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or/and invalid, that provision shall be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms and Conditions shall otherwise be kept in full force and effect. The Healthy Home® may transfer, assign, or delegate the Terms and Conditions and its rights and obligations without consent.


  • The Healthy Home® will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.


  • The Healthy Home® will send messages via Whatsapp, SMS, email, or notifications as means of communication including but not limited to appointment confirmation, appointment updates, and marketing.


  • The Healthy Home® is a booking platform that acts as a service provider for different types of premium services. The services include but are not limited to, deep cleaning, AC services, water tank cleaning, maintenance, car wash, upholstery cleaning, disinfection services, and pest control. The Healthy Home® has contracts with 3rd party partners that are licensed by the relevant authorities.


  • For the PCR service, The Healthy Home® is only a service provider of licensed healthcare facilities and does not store any personal healthcare data and information.


  • All information regarding user medical data is private and it is stored by licensed healthcare facilities.


  • The Healthy Home® strongly advises a customer representative is available on the property during all services. Do not leave any front door keys under doormats or in unattended areas.


  • The Healthy Home® team should be given access to water and electricity to carry out the work (if required), otherwise, we may not be able to proceed with the work.


  • All permits, gate passes, etc. shall be arranged by the customer before the appointment to avoid delays. If The Healthy Home® has not been given access to complete the service on the third attempt, the assigned services will be forfeited.


  • Any additions/changes or variations in specification, work, or materials not mentioned in this quote shall be discussed, quoted, and agreed upon separately.


  • The contract price shall be adjusted to take account of any increase in cost resulting from the change in the Laws of the Country, including the introduction of new laws and the repeal or modification of them.


  • If the client representative notices any pending work before signing the work completion report shall be addressed immediately.
